Let’s come directly to the points buying house is a contribution because:

1.     To own a house you can provide in average 15 full time jobs for a year;

2.     To own a house you can provide a stable living condition for your children so that they can grow in an environment of stability

3.     To own a house you can actually accumulate your wealth as the house price is growing up over the years, the money you saved  in your house has also been grown accordingly

4.     To own a house you are using bank’s money to grow your wealth at the cost of other people’s money. If you save your money in the bank, your money will be taken by others to grow their wealth

5.     To own a house is actually cheaper than to rent as the rent is increasing all the time while the mortgage you pay each month can remain the same every month

6.     To own a house makes your life easier, according to the statistics, in Toronto, the vacancy rate is close to 0, it is rather difficult to find a rental unit

Why rent? Let’s own it!

Life is a serious journey, we cannot take it lightly.

In the primitive time, people lives in caves, we don’t have real estate, money has not become a sign of trust in the trading between people.

We are now an advanced society, money is a value people use to measure success, nothing wrong with it. It is normal.

It is normal for an advanced society for people to live in a house built in concrete, steel and wood, we have left caves got out from woods.

So we should be serious about our future: families, neighbors, friends, we need to support each other with success.

Success is measured in $ amount, no matter how you condemn it, the reality is even government need money to succeed.

Money is an invention of human. Home is a base of life. You build home with real estate that is measured in $ amount. A life so has it value in $ amount.

You need admit that this has a positive effects towards the advancement of human society, even though nobody seems to admit openly. After all it is all politically wrong.

However, you should have a home to build life in $ amount established in real estate.
